Fine control of the heating surface temperature
The installed thermostats allow better control of the temperature of the heating surfaces as well as a quick reaction to the addition of raw (or frozen) food. This is particularly important where it is important to maintain the consistency of the final product.

Each of the stainless steel tubes has one, independent heating element inside. Depending on the model of the PRO line, there are 18, 36 or 54 independent heating elements, 18 per heating zone. The Home line models - EcoGrill Home S has 12 and Home L has 10 independent heating elements.
